Context

My own agency's platform, so there was no client brief and no one to sign off — every decision here is mine. Two markets with different expectations: a German audience that needs Impressum, Datenschutz and AGB pages, and an English one that does not. Two sites, one design system, kept in step.

What I built

• 01Shared component vocabulary across both sites, with language-parameterised content rather than duplicated markup.
• 02Multi-step inquiry form that captures qualifying detail before submission instead of after.
• 03Per-city landing pages for local search, excluded from the English build by policy.
• 04Custom cookie banner and consent handling built to DSGVO requirements, plus complete legal pages.
• 05Design-parity audit across roughly fifty file pairs, verified with a full build plus Playwright viewport and overflow checks at 360, 768 and 1280.
• 06Meta and OpenGraph pass — image dimensions, title and description lengths, card types.

Result

Both sites live on Netlify with DNS and SSL configured, and no parity drift between the two builds. Built solo and maintained by me — it is the platform my own business runs on.
